Final rent (excluding bills) to be paid by the student: €300/month for a maximum of 10 months, up to July 2027 at the latest.

Eligibility criteria:

• Have obtained your general or technological Baccalaureate (or equivalent national secondary school diploma) within the last 3 years.

• Be in receipt of a means-tested grant for the 2026-2027 academic year.

• Have applied to rent a studio flat or flatshare in the KLEY Courbevoie or KLEY Saint Ouen residence in 2026, for a minimum stay of 10 consecutive months between August 2026 and July 2027.
  

How to apply:

1. Send an email to [email protected] before 15 June 2026* providing the following 3 documents:

• Proof of your Baccalaureate results from the last 3 years or less.

• Proof of your means-tested student grant (CROUS or equivalent).

• A cover letter (max. 1 Word page) outlining your desire to get involved in the residence's life and the social & environmental initiatives proposed by the BOOST Endowment Fund (various events to choose from throughout the year).

• Applications will be evaluated upon receipt, with an ongoing shortlist of 8 finalists selected before 15 July for a 15-minute motivational phone interview with a panel (see below for panel composition).

• Announcement of the 2 students awarded the "KLEY for Students" grant upon confirmation of their application via phone and/or email, and on the Instagram account @kleyetudiants.

*Total number of applications capped at 50.

How to take part

Refer a friend to KLEY Barcelona.

• Write an email to [email protected] to state that you wish to benefit from the refer-a-friend offer.

• Your friend must make their booking, pay the admin fees, and sign their contract.

• Once both you and your referred friend have moved into the residence, the reward is triggered. You can refer a friend as soon as your booking is confirmed, even before you move in.

Terms and conditions Launch date: 20 April 2026

Referrer's reward

• €100 for any booking made before 20 May 2026

• €80 for any booking made between 21 May and 30 June 2026

• €60 for any booking made between 1 July and 31 July 2026

Referred friend's perk 50% discount on booking fees

Eligibility criteria

• Offer valid for any contract starting from 1 September 2026

• Minimum stay of 4 months

• Confirmed booking with payment of admin fees

• Contract signed within the timeframes corresponding to the reward tiers

Reward allocation conditions

• The gift voucher is only awarded after the actual check-in of both the referrer and the referred friend.

• Both participants must comply with the contractual conditions.

Rules for new customers

• A prospective resident can refer someone provided they have made a booking, paid the admin fees, and signed their contract.

• The referred friend must finalise their booking, sign their contract, and move in.

• The referrer must also move in and respect the minimum stay duration.

• If any of these conditions are not met, no gift voucher will be awarded.

Important information

• The date used to determine the reward amount is the date of the confirmed booking.

• Offer is not retroactive.

• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
