For the referred friend: Immediate 50% off booking fees.

How to take part?
Your friend writes an email to [email protected] stating that they wish to stay at the residence and are referred by [first name + surname]. Once they sign their contract, you both receive your rewards!

Offer T&Cs: Valid for a minimum 4-month stay by the referred friend, starting from 01/09/26. The friend's booking must be finalised (contract signed and fees paid according to the dates above). New residents: you can refer a friend as soon as your own application is approved. The gift voucher is sent only after the actual check-in of BOTH the referrer and the friend at the residence (if either cancels or doesn't move in, the offer is void).
