So, how do you reserve?

Start your reservation request by pressing the "Reserve" button
Then provide the information relating to your stay, the renter and the guarantor. Once the form is complete, you will receive an email with the full brochure for the selected residence, accommodation prices and a list of supporting documents needed. If your application is selected, the team will send you a link to access your KLEY account.

Tenant

  • Currently valid national identity card or passport
  • Student card or registration certificate where applicable
  • Bank account identification slip (RIB statement)
  • If the student is a foreign national:
    Currently valid visa or residence card or assimilated document (to be given at your arrival)
  • If the student is a salaried worker:
    Trois derniers bulletins de salaire
  • If the student don't have guarantor:
    An attestation by VISALE (if you are student in EU) or Garant me

Guarantor(s)

  • Currently valid national identity card (both sides) or passport
  • 3 last pay slips
  • Bank account identification slip (RIB statement) issued by abank having an establishment in UE (to be given at yourarrival)
  • If the guarantor is a foreign national:
    Currently valid visa or residence card or assimilateddocument (to be given at your arrival)
  • If the guarantor is a salaried worker:
    3 last pay slips
  • If the guarantor is a freelance professional:
    Except from the financial statements
  • If the guarantor is renter:
    Last rent receipt
  • If the guarantor is owner:
    Property tax
  • If the guarantor is an organisation
    Certificate or proof of guarantee
