At Kley, booking is a breeze

5 simple steps to book.

You can always change or revise your reservation during the procedure.

STEP 1:

Fill your booking form either by phone or on our website and click on the button "I want to book". Then, Fill the 2nd booking form "Student Accommodation Booking". The KLEY Team will analyse your booking request.

As soon as you fill the 1st reservation form, you will receive an e-mail with the brochure of the residence, the prices as well as the supporting documents you need for your file.
Once the 2nd form completed, the KLEY Team will send you the access link to your personal KLEY account, choose your password and log in !

STEP 2:

Upload supporting documents on your Personal KLEY account.

Your application will then be reviewed. Log in regularly to follow the status of your application.

STEP 3:

Sign and pay online !

Once your file accepted, validate your reservation by electronically signing the contractual documents from your Kley account and pay online your first monthly payment.

STEP 4:

Make an appointment for key collection and inventory.

Remember to insure your accommodation and upload the document on your Personal KLEY account. The insurance must be effective on the day of arrival.

STEP 5:

Welcome home!

Book your student housing online by filling one of the
booking form.

You can already prepare your booking file to download on your personal KLEY account !

Tenant:

  • National identity card both sides or valid passport
  • Student ID or proof of registration if necessary
  • Bank account details

  • If the student isn't French:
  • Student ID or proof of registration if necessary

  • If the student is employed:
  • Last three payslips

  • If the student does not have a guarantor:
  • Bank guarantee

The Guarantor(s):

  • National identity card both sides or valid passport
  • Last income tax assessment in its entirety
  • Bank account details (RIB) for a bank with an establishment in France

  • If the guarantor is an employee
  • Visa or a valid residence permit

  • If the student is an employee
  • Last three pay slips

  • If the guarantor is a professional:
  • Extract of the balance sheet

  • If the guarantor is a lessee:
  • Last rent receipt

  • If the guarantor is an owner:
  • Property tax demand

  • If the guarantor is an organism:
  • Guarantee attestation/ certificate
